MeraJob has consistently achieved better outcomes in talent acquisition using Pre-Screening and proprietary matching algorithms. Their recruitment model is channelled through both online and offline process. The inhouse Recruitment Center built on Ameyo platform has been an important enabler for Pre-Screening and matching candidates to jobs by skills, preferences, location and behaviour.
Prior to Ameyo implementation, MeraJob was facing issues in fetching extensive reports and pervasive decision-making. They were unable to integrate information between different business applications leading to lack of knowledge about the inbound and outbound queries. The need for seamless operations in the recruitment center, led them to search for a customized and efficient solution. Leveraging the technology offered by Ameyo, the company now ensures a strong two-way communication between recruiter and candidates with 20% increase in their operational efficiency.
Ameyo powers their inbound and outbound calling processes primarily functioning to handle job matching for candidates and for addressing assessments.
